Eligibility Criteria
To apply, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen and current resident of an ADB Developing Member Country.
- Age: Under 35 years of age at the time of application.
- Education: Hold a four-year bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- Work Experience: At least two years of full-time professional work experience after obtaining a university degree.
- Language Proficiency: English proficiency with minimum scores as follows:
- TOEFL: 550 (paper-based), 213 (computer-based), 79-80 (iBT)
- IELTS: 6.5 overall
- DUOLINGO: 95
- Additional Requirements:
- Applicants should not currently work or reside in a country outside of their home country.
- Candidates who have previously studied abroad or hold a Master’s degree are ineligible.

- Degree certificates from each post-secondary institution attended
- English proficiency test results (TOEFL, IELTS, or DUOLINGO)
